Cancel an Apple App Store subscription

MX Tech AI subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are billed and managed by Apple. To stop automatic renewal, cancel the subscription through your Apple subscription settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, so you can usually continue using subscription features until then. 

If you are using a free or discounted trial and do not want it to renew, Apple advises cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial ends. For paid subscriptions, follow the cancellation and renewal information shown by Apple for your subscription. The subscription information displayed by Apple for your account controls.

Deleting the MX Tech AI app or deleting your MX Tech AI account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Request a refund

Apple processes App Store payments and refund requests. You can submit a request at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple determines eligibility under its policies and applicable law. MX Tech AI cannot directly reverse an App Store charge, but you may contact support@mxtechai.com if you need help identifying your MX Tech AI subscription or account status. Do not send full payment-card details or account passwords. 

Withdrawal and mandatory consumer rights

Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, commonly within 14 days in the European Union. However, the application of that right can depend on the type of digital service or content, whether supply began immediately at your request, and whether you gave the legally required consent and acknowledgement. App Store purchase and consent screens may form part of that process.

Nothing on this page limits a mandatory right to withdraw, cancel, obtain a refund or use a legal remedy. Your rights under applicable consumer law and Apple’s applicable purchase terms remain unaffected.

Account deletion

You can delete your MX Tech AI account in the app or contact support@mxtechai.com. Account deletion affects your MX Tech AI data as described in the Privacy Policy, but it does not cancel your Apple subscription. Cancel the subscription separately to prevent future renewal charges.
