1. Introduction
MX Tech AI is an app that allows motocross riders to create an account, upload photos, receive AI-generated feedback on riding posture and technique, and view previous analyses inside the app.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, how we store it, when we share it, and what rights you have.

We collect personal data:
directly from you when you create an account, sign in, upload photos, save tips, or contact support
automatically through your use of the app and related services

from Apple, Google, and RevenueCat in relation to subscription status and entitlement management

7. AI processing
MX Tech AI uses artificial intelligence to analyze uploaded motocross photos and generate riding feedback.
For this purpose, uploaded photos and related prompts or instructions may be processed through OpenAI API services.
We use AI processing to:
analyze rider posture, body position, and technique
generate feedback, strengths, opportunities, and next steps
create analysis results shown in the app
We do not use uploaded photos to manually identify users.
OpenAI processes data on our behalf as a service provider. We have disabled optional data sharing settings in our OpenAI organization. We do not opt in to share API inputs and outputs with OpenAI for model improvement.
OpenAI may retain API data for a limited period for security, abuse monitoring, and service protection purposes.
AI-generated output may not always be perfect. Users should use the feedback as informational guidance only.
8. Payments and subscriptions
MX Tech AI offers paid subscription features.
Payments are processed by Apple App Store and, where applicable in the future, Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
To manage subscriptions and access rights, we may process subscription-related information such as:
subscription status
entitlement status
product identifiers
purchase or renewal event information
plan type
trial-related dates
subscription start or renewal timestamps
We use RevenueCat to help manage subscription status, entitlements, and access to paid features.
9. Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how MX Tech AI is used and to improve the app.
Analytics data may include:
app opens
screen views or feature interactions
app usage and engagement information
automatically collected analytics events
device or app version information
language or locale-related app settings
general technical or usage information linked to your account or user ID where applicable
We use analytics for product improvement, performance monitoring, feature planning, and understanding how users interact with the app.
10. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including operating the app, providing analysis history, managing subscriptions, complying with legal obligations, and resolving disputes.
In general:
account data is kept while your account remains active
uploaded photos and analysis results are kept until they are deleted by you or your account is deleted
saved tips are kept until they are deleted by you or your account is deleted
subscription-related records may be retained as needed for billing, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance
analytics data may be retained according to the retention settings and policies of the analytics provider
If you delete an analysis, the related stored photo may also be deleted.
If you delete your account through the app, your account data, analyses, saved tips, and stored uploaded photos are deleted, except where retention is legally required or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing, accounting, or legal claims.
11. Sharing of personal data
We may share personal data with service providers that help us operate MX Tech AI, including providers for:
authentication
cloud database and hosting
file storage
analytics
subscription management
AI processing
backend processing and cloud functions
customer support
These providers process personal data on our behalf or as independent providers depending on the service involved.
We do not sell personal data.
We do not share personal data with third parties for targeted advertising.
These providers may include Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Functions, Firebase Analytics, RevenueCat, and OpenAI.
12. International data transfers
Some of our service providers may process personal data outside your country of residence.
Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure that personal data transferred internationally is protected through appropriate safeguards under applicable law.

15. Account and data deletion
Users can delete their own account in the app.
Users can also delete their own analyses and saved tips in the app.
When an analysis is deleted, the related stored photo may also be deleted.
When an account is deleted, associated analyses, saved tips, and stored uploaded photos are also deleted, unless certain data must be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

16. Children and minors
MX Tech AI may be used by minors.
